•Low levels of endotoxin (< 0.12 EU/ml) secured and tested.
•A Regulatory Support File (RSF) is available for Ficoll-Paque PREMIUM products.

•Sterile, ready to use reagents used to prepare mononuclear cell preparations from peripheral blood, bone marrow, and umbilical cord blood by density gradient centrifugation.

Ficoll-Paque PREMIUM products are based on Ficoll-Paque PLUS (see Ficoll-Paque PLUS) which has been used for more than 30 yr as a sterile density medium for the isolation of high yields of mononuclear cells from bone marrow, peripheral blood, and cord blood. All Ficoll-Paque PREMIUM products differ from Ficoll-Paque PLUS in that they are manufactured under a Quality Management System certified to ISO 13485:2003.

Optimized for the isolation of mononuclear cells from human peripheral blood, bone marrow, and umbilical cord blood.
Ficoll-Paque PREMIUM 1.084
Can be used for isolating a broad range of human mononuclear cells including those of a higher density and for separating blood cells from mice or rats.
Ficoll-Paque PREMIUM 1.073
Can be used when isolating lower-density human mononuclear cells (e.g., mesenchymal stromal cells or monocytes).

Ficoll-Paque PLUS產(chǎn)品介紹：
Ficoll-Paque PLUS是經(jīng)驗(yàn)證可在實(shí)驗(yàn)室廣泛應(yīng)用的人淋巴細(xì)胞分離液，分離人淋巴細(xì)胞用于體外研究。Ficoll-Paque PLUS是一種即開可用的無菌分離液，優(yōu)化的分離液密度可從周圍血液中獲得高產(chǎn)率的淋巴細(xì)胞，并可以維持B淋巴細(xì)胞和T淋巴細(xì)胞的生長和分布。低水平內(nèi)毒素含量(< 0.12 EU/ml)。Ficoll-Paque PLUS培養(yǎng)基包含聚蔗糖(Ficoll PM400, 5.7g)，二乙酰氨基三碘苯甲酸鈉(9.0g)和乙底酸鈣二鈉。產(chǎn)品可應(yīng)用于組織相容性試驗(yàn)，細(xì)胞介導(dǎo)免疫檢測等。#17-1440-02 Ficoll-Paque PLUS為6瓶裝，每瓶100ml。

檢測原理：去纖維蛋白或抗凝血劑處理的血液在Ficoll-Paque PLUS分離液中分層，離心分離后，管底部含有聚集的紅細(xì)胞，紅細(xì)胞層上面一層含有大量粒性白細(xì)胞，而淋巴細(xì)胞停留在血漿和Ficoll-Paque PLUS界面處（同時(shí)含有沉淀微粒血小板和單核細(xì)胞）?；厥战缑嫣幜馨图?xì)胞，用平衡鹽溶液清洗去除血小板、Ficoll-Paque PLUS分離液和血漿。
